Return & Exchange Policy

We provide an enormous amount of written information about everything that we sell. Also, we encourage you to call us at 800-908-9916 if you have the slightest question about anything. We even send free samples where possible. Therefore, you are responsible for ordering the correct merchandise.

  1. Sales of all products listed on this web site are final. We will repair or exchange our merchandise. Other products are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer.
  2. All products are well packed. However, in the case of damaged merchandise Alpha Supply Co. will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please remember that no carrier will consider any claim without being able to see the original shipping container. In the rare case that there is concealed damage Alpha, at its’ sole discretion, will determine the appropriate remedy.
  3. Missing merchandise: We make very few mistakes. However, if you think ordered products are missing you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  4. Missing shipments: If an order is never received contact us. We will request a tracer on the order (this can take 48 hours). If the order cannot be found by the carrier within a reasonable time, Alpha may elect to send you a replacement order while the carrier continues tracing efforts. If customer accepts delivery of a replaced order, customer must return the order within 5 days to avoid being charged for both orders.
  5. Defective Alpha merchandise will be repaired, replaced or exchanged at the sole discretion of Alpha Supply Co. Liability is limited to the value of the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Alpha, within 5 days of any suspected problem.
  6. Ground service will be used to replace damaged or missing items and will be paid by Alpha Supply Co. If customer wants express shipping we will charge for the difference between ground rates and the quoted express rate.
  7. We only sell new equipment and products. Warranty work on all heat presses, inkjet printers and software programs are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. You are welcome to call Alpha Supply Co. for help in contacting a manufacturer.
  8. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  9. Returns must have an authorized RMA number on the box.
  10. Authorized returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customer must send merchandise back in original box and packed in a manner to prevent damage. Customer must be able to provide proof of delivery and should fully insure shipment as Alpha Supply Co. accepts no responsibility for shipping damages.
  11. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns other than defective merchandise.

Year 2000 Policy

Products purchased from Alpha Supply Co. carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which warranty may or may not address “Year 2000” compliance issues. Alpha’s stated sales and return policies apply to all purchases. Alpha HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
